  briefings are held every day. last year we changed things a bit and the briefings were at 10am and 4pm. i assume there will be a similar schedule in '08.
  there are a small handful of designated pilot briefers, and most are willing to give ad hoc briefings *as a favor* depending upon their personal schedule and state of sobreity. Favors should not be expected, though. They should be appreciated.

  10AM each day. 4PM depending upon briefer availability.
