There are many jumpers who can land within a pre-designated small area and pros who can literally touch down on a quarter size dot repeatedly. So it is doable, but there are considerations. The playa can kick up some nasty winds which would obviously makes things tricky. The approach would be a concern with respect to flying over people and also nearby tall art projects need to be considered. The jumpers would need to land into the wind just as with any other aircraft approach.
